Wheel Restoration

Before the work begins, we remove the tires and prepare the wheel for full restoration. This helps us assess the damage, inspect the surface, and define the required restoration scope.

If the wheel is deformed, we restore its shape by rolling. If there are cracks, chips, or other structural issues, argon welding is used to bring back the required strength and safety.

At this stage, we remove the old coating, corrosion, oxidation, and other contamination. After sandblasting, the surface is additionally prepared so the wheel is ready for new coatings.

After surface preparation, we apply a primer layer to improve adhesion between the metal and the coating. Then the wheel is painted in the selected color for an even, high-quality finish.

If the project requires decorative or restorative finishing, we perform polishing or turning. This helps achieve the intended visual effect and a clean, refined front surface.

Finally, the wheel is protected with a clear coat that shields the surface from external impact and locks in the final finish. This gives the restoration extra durability and a complete look.

After all work is completed, we mount the tires back on and prepare the set for handover. The client receives the wheels fully assembled, tidy, and ready to use.
