Purchase Terms

1. General Terms

These terms govern the purchase of goods from the online store anriepas.lv operated by SIA "AN Riepas". By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer receives an order confirmation to the provided email address. These terms apply to both natural and legal persons. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

2. Prices, Discounts and Payment

• All prices in the online store are listed in euros and include VAT 21%; • If a product discount is shown, the current selling price and the prior price are displayed. The prior price is the lowest price at which the product was offered during the 30 days before the discount was applied, unless applicable law provides otherwise; • Discount percentages are calculated from the displayed prior price and current selling price, shown for information purposes, and may be rounded to one decimal place. If there is a rounding difference between the discount percentage and the price in euros, the final price in euros shown during checkout prevails; • The Seller reserves the right to change product prices; however, confirmed orders are fulfilled at the price valid at the time the order was placed; • Payment is available by bank card, online banking, or bank transfer; • Legal entities may request an invoice with deferred payment upon prior agreement; • The order is processed upon receipt of full payment.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is provided by the Seller in partnership with the courier service Venipak; • Delivery costs and timeframes are displayed during the checkout process and depend on the delivery zone and address; • Standard delivery time within Latvia is 1–3 business days; • The Buyer may also choose to pick up the goods in person at the Seller's service center in Riga; • Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must inspect the packaging and condition of the product. Any damage must be reported to the courier and the Seller immediately; • If delivery is not possible due to the Buyer's fault (incorrect address, unavailability), redelivery will be charged additionally.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and EU consumer protection regulations, the Buyer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without stating a reason. • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by sending a notice to info@anriepas.lv; • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, without signs of use, with all labels and documents intact; • Tires that have been mounted on a rim or used on the road are not eligible for return; • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer; • The Seller will refund the full value of the product within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Buyer's individual specifications, as well as other exceptions provided by law.

5. Warranty and Claims

• All products are covered by the statutory warranty - 2 years from the date of purchase; • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product non-conformity with the description; • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, storage, mechanical impact, or natural wear and tear; • In the event of a claim, the Buyer must contact the Seller, providing the order number, product photographs, and a description of the defect; • The Seller will review the claim within 15 business days and inform the Buyer of the decision.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer may contact: • The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) - www.ptac.gov.lv; • The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform - ec.europa.eu/odr; • The courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website. Orders already placed are subject to the Terms that were in effect at the time the order was placed. These Terms and the legal relations arising therefrom are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

8.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store anriepas.lv under the conditions set out in these Terms and on the website. 8.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with the online store anriepas.lv by notifying the Seller in writing (by email to anriepas@anriepas.lv, indicating the item to be returned and the order number) no later than 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. 8.3. The Buyer's right referred to in clause 8.2 is exercised in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 "On Distance Contracts". 8.4. The right referred to in clause 8.2 may only be exercised if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not changed, and they have not been used. 8.5. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and accept them in the manner set out in these Terms. 8.6. The Buyer agrees not to share their login credentials with third parties. If the Buyer has lost their credentials, they must immediately notify the Seller using the contact details provided in the Contacts section. 8.7. When using the services of the online store anriepas.lv, the Buyer is obliged to comply with these Terms, other rules of the online store, and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

9. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

9.1. The Seller has the right to change product prices without prior notice to the Buyer. If an order has already been confirmed, it is fulfilled at the price valid at the time the order was placed. 9.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store or fails to fulfil their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the online store. 9.3. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer. 9.4. The Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer within the timeframes and under the conditions set out in Section 3 of these Terms. 9.5. The Seller is obliged to respect the Buyer's right to confidentiality regarding their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Latvia. 9.6. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer an equivalent or similar product. If the Buyer refuses to accept such a product, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 14 calendar days. 9.7. The Seller undertakes to review the Buyer's claims within 15 business days and to inform the Buyer of the decision made.
